Currently, tab groups only appear within the tab grid. We also want them to appear in the tab list.
As part of this ticket:
- Make any necessary modifications to the existing tab group list item specific to the list view.
- Ensure the “Close” menu item is visible
- Integrate the composable to Tab List’s when

Verified as implemented on the Firefox for Android Nightly 152.0a1 from 5/3 with a Motorola Moto G30 (Android 12), and a Pixel 6 (Android 17).
