Headline tiles in daily briefing HNT Ui component are missing 'position' element in telemetry
I think it's missing from newtab_content ping only, but check new_tab ping as well.
While we are revising this, it might be a good idea to revise the format from 'daily-briefing' to 'mini-headline-small' or something more generic.
