User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 15; Mobile; rv:150.0) Gecko/150.0 Firefox/150.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox on Android.
- Open at least one tab in Normal browsing mode.
- Switch to Private browsing mode and open a tab.
- Observe the position of the address bar at the top & bottom of the screen.
Actual results:
Since updating to Firefox 150.0, the address bar becomes stuck in an offset position when toggling between Private and Normal browsing tabs. The address bar shifts downward or fails to return to its default top-aligned position, overlapping or displacing page content. This persists until the application is force-closed and restarted.
Expected results:
The address bar should maintain its standard UI position and behavior regardless of the browsing mode toggle.

The reporter's clarification on switching to the private browsing mode:
I mostly press the Private Browsing icon on the Homepage and sometimes use the Tab Button to switch from Normal to Private Browsing (vice-versa). In both the methods the same issue persists after switching.

The issue has been resolved after upgrading to Android 16, according to the reporter. It's still worth investigating to prevent it from appearing on earlier supported Android versions, though.
