This bug is for adding support for labeled_counter telemetry probes, see this probe for an example (webrtcdtls_client_handshake_result): https://glam.telemetry.mozilla.org/fog/probe/webrtcdtls_client_handshake_result/explore?
Sample query: https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/queries/118477/source
This will depend on some work being done in bug 2034431 to support labeled telemetry probes in general. Main difference though is that there's a new client_agg_type field that we would need to handle here.
It's possible we may also need to adjust how detection works for this technique. When I look at the data, I'm seeing differences in how many times the error label shows up versus the success label. I'm only seeing 1-2 entries for the error label SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_ALERT. All the other rows are for the SUCCESS label.
