This is a recurrence of bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1973817 now for FF 150.
Steps to reproduce:
Using theme 'Activist Balanced' (from Mozilla itself) . This is listed as 'Light' in manifest.json.
FF versions prior to 150 (ie 149 and lower) showed dialogue boxes 'Edit bookmark' (via right-click on bookmark) and 'New bookmarks' (via ctrl-shift-D) as light.
Actual results:
Updated to FF 150 and these dialogue boxes became dark.
Expected results:
Dialogues should remain light.
I note in passing that 'Add bookmark' via clicking on the star in URL bar continues to show the correct light dialogue box.
