Upon viewing an image alone or within a web page, and you rightclick>save image
as... it will re-download the image using the file manager, even if the image is
fully downloaded. Often, it will delay saving the image to disk, or just not at all.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load the URL of any image.
2.Right click on the image and choose "Save image as..."
3.Try saving it somewhere.

Actual Results:
A delay of about 5 seconds, then the file save dialog popped up, I clicked save,
it popped up the downloading dialog, then it saved it somewhere.

Expected Results:
Just saved it to disk without any delay directly from the cache.
