FloatingActionButtonDefaults.colorsSurface doesn't seem to be used anywhere and doesn't appear in the Acorn design system figma https://www.figma.com/design/M9J6KL4YhkwVjbJJCRFcpD/M3-changes--for-engineering-?node-id=66026-60871&m=dev.
This task is to investigate whether or not this can be removed.
