Added a slightly different note to the Fx151 beta release notes, please allow 30 minutes for the site to update. The links are pages linked are not available yet, will check again when finalizing the release notes.
Keeping the relnote-firefox flag as ? to keep it on the radar for inclusion in the final Fx151 release notes.
