While selected (marked) text is in the URL BAR of the Mozilla browser 1.4A, it
is movable by turning the mouse wheel. By turning the mouse wheel up (mouse
pointer over marked text) the selected text in the URL BAR moves 1 Pixel up and
by turning the wheel down it moves back again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type text in URL BAR Mozilla Browser 1.4a
2.mark text in url bar
3.move mouse wheel while mouse pointer over marked text

Actual Results:
marked text moves up and down by one pixel

Expected Results:
do not move the text

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
