A meta bug to track work related to the Speculation Loads tab in the Application panel, which displays the speculative loading status of the current page along with the defined speculative rules.

I wonder if we could have such tab in the Netmonitor instead (like the one we have for statistics) ? It seems to me that it's quite related to network, and it might be easier to link from some network requests to the rules
