When using the new VPN and DoH with Maximum Protection i cant get any dns resolved and so i cant go to any website.

Steps to reproduce:

Enable DoH with quad9 with Maximum Protection and using the new vpn.

Actual results:

I cant get any dns resolved so i cant go to any website.
If i disabled the vpn it worked flawless again.

Expected results:

Using the VPN with my dns (ideally) or automaticly disbable it and use a safe preset one, that works with the vpn.
