NOTE that in this request, we are requesting a placeholder first so we can get the link slug and add it to the feature. We will follow up with Joe C and team with the content shortly.

We are adding a user feedback mechanism to the Smart Window feature in Firefox. Users will be able to press a thumbs up or thumbs down button and fill out a free-text form to tell us about their Smart Window experience. In the case of a thumb-down, we will also have a list of pre-defined reasons for their submission. We wish to use this article to inform the user about how this works, but also talk about the privacy safety guards of their submitted data (i.e. we delete after 30 days, and only a approved group of Firefox team members can review the feedback).

Once the feature is in the product...
Open a Smart Window and talk to the Assistant via the input box. Once the assistant has a response, you can see a thumbs-up/down button under each response. You can click them to start the user feedback process.
