When I go to the Kansas State University website http://www.ksu.edu/ I do not
see the KSU webpage. Instead, I see a simple webpage with only the words:

Bad request
Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.

I get the same message for other www.ksu.edu webpages such as
http://www.ksu.edu/acic/career/options.html but I do not get it for
http://www.cis.ksu.edu/.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.ksu.edu/
2. Weep

Actual Results:  
You'll see a simple webpage with only the words:

Bad request
Your browser sent a query this server could not understand.


Expected Results:  
You should have seen the KSU webpage.
This is a duplicate of another bug and has been fixed. Get a newer build.
