Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox.
- Navigate to the Settings(about:preferences) page.
- Click on the "Privacy and Security" section.
- Observe that an info message is missing from the Additional protections panel.
Expected result:
There should be an info message(for 'Do not track') displayed in the Additional protections panel, as shown in the Figma design.
Actual result:
There is no info message displayed in the Additional protections panel. Please see the screenshot attached.
Regression range:
Not a regression, it's a new feature.

That is gated behind privacy.donottrackheader.enabled=true and shows up when I enable it.
