Steps to reproduce:
Open about:config

Black bars are visible on the left and bottom edges of the screen
Expected results:
Content fills the entire screen
Component: Untriaged → Theme
OS: Unspecified → Linux
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64
As of a few days ago there's no background in between the modular elements. It's entirely transparent and sometimes flickers in those spaces when entering/exit full screen or because you interacted with another program in the background
