Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Navigate to the Settings(about:preferences) page.
3. Click on the "Privacy and Security" section.
4. Navigate to the 'Connection and software security'.
5. Click the 'Advanced settings'.
6. Navigate to the "Privacy panel settings" card.
7. Click on the "Learn more" link.

Expected result:
A SUMO page should be opened in a new tab.

Actual result:
Page not found when clicking the "Learn more" link from the Privacy panel settings card.

Regression range:
Not a regression, it's a new feature.

In 152 Nightly, the about:preferences#privacy Privacy panel settings Get help protecting your info online in Nightly. Learn more link takes me to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/placeholder-2031775?as=u&utm_source=inproduct (a Page Not Found). See the related bug 2031775.

SUMO team is not scheduled to start working on this article until the 152 release window. This is expected behavior if the article isn't up and we aren't linking to the placeholder article.  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2031775 has the URL for the placeholder URL if needed.
