The summary dialog (not the new one) can be resized but the contents (especially the list of event attendees) are not resized to fit. So you can make it bigger but there's just a lot of empty space at the bottom.

Duplicate of bug 1836277?

I had a look at that. At least in that bug, the dialog content appears to be resizing, just not in the desired way. Here, the content remains the same size.
