2039952 - Switch Swedish dictionary to Daniel Nylander's fork

Description

We updated our Swedish dictionary last year to the last version of Goran's dictionary which was last updated in 2015.

The dictionary was recently forked by Daniel Nylander to be modernized:

The license remains LGPL 3.0
About 100,000 new words were added.

Daniel has been translating open source software in Swedish for 20 years and that new fork looks like a significant improvement over what we ship now. AFAIK, It is also the only current effort for a Swedish Hunspell dictionary.
