There is a compatible, MIT licensed, Georgian dictionary at https://github.com/gamag/ka_GE.spell/
It also exists on AMO with a few hundred users: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/georgian-dictionary/
It's not actively maintained but there is no other alternative. It was in their plans to submit a patch for Firefox but it wasn't done before the project was abandoned:
