User Story

As a FxEnt developer, I would like to have clients capture logs to a local file so that I can troubleshoot logs in cases where clients have difficult-to-diagnose issues, such as SSO failures or other auth problems.

Acceptance criteria:

- Loggers, (i.e., `--jsdebugger`) write to a local debug file
- Debug file is rotated every 3/4 logins
- Client provides an easy way to locate the file for sharing, if possible.
