Support the direct execution flow when a natural language tab close action does not require disambiguation or confirmation.
- When the model confidently identifies tabs to close, the action executes without showing a confirmation or disambiguation card
- After the action completes, the completed action output is shown
- Action output includes:
- summary of closed tab(s)
- affected tab(s), where applicable
- Undo button
- Undo restores the closed tab(s)
- Action is added to the conversation/history log

this landed in 152.0.2 but maybe include for 152.0.4?
Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: new smart window natural language capability
[Affects Firefox for Android]: no
[Suggested wording]: You can now ask Smart Window to close your tabs.
[Links (documentation, blog post, etc)]: https://www.firefox.com/smart-window is needed to activate the feature and it's region restricted, so we should probably show the "progressive roll out" indicator
