2041011 - Gmail does not load with network.http.happy_eyeballs_enabled=true

With network.http.happy_eyeballs_enabled=true, Gmail seems to load only once and then never will load again until either the browser is restarted or network.http.happy_eyeballs_enabled is flipped to false (it immediately loads as expected once flipping the pref off).
