There is a maintained (last update 2025) Croatian dictionary by Krunose which continued the initial LGPL Croatian dictionary by Denis Lackovic and maintained the same LGPL licence at
https://github.com/krunose/hunspell-hr/
This is what Chromium is shipping with, 215,956 words, LGPL.

This Croation dictionary was created by Denis Lackovic
