I think the creator of the extension is our locale leader for Kabyle, Belkacem77?
AMO says that it is MPL2, but in the xpi there is only the standard MIT Licence text as a header to the affix file with no mention of MIT.
So licencing in the extension is unclear and I coudln't find where this extension is developed.
I also found https://github.com/MohammedBelkacem/hunspel-kab/tree/main which is only a stub with Apache licence last updated in 2021 also by Mohammed Belkacem
There are non-hunspell dictionaries with MIT license at:

So maybe the addon could be integrated into Firefox if we can clarify the source and licence, and maybe the hunspell stub could be expanded with the vocabulary from the other projects.
Filing this one in case the addon is potentially a solution and to make sure the investigation is recorded in Bugzilla for future tracking.

I developed this Firefox extension using various existing resources. The work has not been fully completed yet (add more entries and rules) but it's goo for use. I would like to release it under the most permissive license possible, so that anyone can use, modify, and redistribute it freely without any particular restrictions.
If you could take care of this, that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, please allow me until the end of next week to handle it myself.
