As part of bug 2026246, there was work to support translucency styling with new nova styling. But that also flipped the different prefs governing translucency and vibrancy which haven't been enabled/exposed to users yet. After discussion with Ashley, we've decided to hold off on having to support translucency styling at this point in the project so we want to remove that big of logic.
