204259 - Tab into message pane and address links are ignored (instead focus goes to Subj/Date)

Trunk build 2003-04-29: WinMe
haven't tried linux yet.

Overview: Tab into the message pane and the Subject and the Date lines are
highlighted instead of the address links.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a message in the thread pane
2. Press the tab key so now focus is in the message pane

Actual Results: Notice it also
- places focus on the Subject
- tab again and focus skips the from address link and goes to the Date
- tab again and it skips the recipients list
- if links appear in the body of the message then tab focuses on those links

Expected Results: tabbing in the envelope area should land on the address links
incase the user wants to save the address in their address book, right? 
I'm not sure if the links should stop on the Subj and Date.

Marking nsbeta1 so a fix is considered for this release.

Note: N7.02, pressing the tab key skipped the envelope area and went straight to
the message body.
