Description

Use profiler-edit to create labelled (i.e. --insert-label-frames) and compact versions of the ETW sp3 profile.

These changes to profiler-edit from mstange will need to land in Firefox Profiler and the Firefox Profiler toolchain revision will need to be updated accordingly before this patch can land.
