When using the Gold style (default), the right navbar has remainant of previous
web page displayed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. new moz window
2. open mozilla.org
3. open new tab
4. open http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/
5. the right navbar has remainant of Mozilla.org homepage

We have some other painting problems along these lines with fixed pos elements
reported....

On my machine I see remnants of an xterm window so I guess it isn't painting
anything at all.
