Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://www.opera.com/
2. Look at the icon in the address bar on the tab.
Result: It's ugly. The borders of the red 'O' are jagged and the shadow is black.
Expected: It should look like the icon looks in Opera, which happens to be the
same as how the Opera icon appears in my taskbar.
