The insulthost  has been taken offline and insult no longer works.  Are there
any other insult hosts?

1.tell the mozbot to insult anyone.

See URL.  colorado.edu has taken insulthost offline, and posted the code in case
anyone else wants to set one up.

This looks quite simple, we could simply reimplement it in Perl and stick it in
mozbot directly. :-)

This is a critical resource for people who don't have the time to come up with
original insults. This should be P1, especially in light of the new roadmap.

This should be relatively easy. The excuse host has died too, the excuse file is
at http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ballard/bofh/excuses . Since the excuse one just took
a random one from the list, that should even easier to reimplement.

In fact, I think since this would be a radical change to Rude.bm, it would be
better just to create a couple of new modules to replace the functionality. Like
that we can still support remote insult hosts if any come back up.

Ok, Insult is done. Excuse is trivial, but I haven't done it yet.
