Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20260527
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.0
Kernel Version: 7.0.10-2-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
launch Firefox
Firefox window is opened
Actual results:
Firefox window does not get the focus.
we must click on it to get the focus.
Expected results:
Firefox window gets the focus.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

How is that a Firefox issue, and not an issue with your window manager software?
Please I am not a techie person.
I can't know where the problem comes from.
there is no problem with VLC.
I sent a report to kde team :
No problem with X11.
the problem is around firefox and kde wayland.

Please also provide fx-focus.moz_log the following command generate.
MOZ_LOG="Widget:5" MOZ_LOG_FILE=fx-focus firefox
Please keep the log as short as possible. I just need to know the startup part.

AFAIK this is caused by KDE strict focus handling settings.
