custom icons are dropped for generic blue dots in bookmarks and folders do not
keep bookmarks alphabetized after closing browser and then reopening

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load in several of the sites into bookmarks
2.close browser and reopen browser several times
3.eventually the custom site icons and alphabetizing of sites in a folder are
not alphabetized and custom site icon replaced with blue dot

Actual Results:  
dropped custom site icons 

Expected Results:  
retained the custom site icons
