When i read message that uses remote files and in my preferences "Don't load
remote images in Mail" is checked, Mozilla should not try to use then. Using for
example remote css instead of images affect the privacy in the same way. That's
why it's a bug.

Reproducible: Always

Huh ? What does the "Don't load remote images in Mail" preference has to do with
CSS ? Much work on that is done in bug 28327.

Workaround for now :
What you want can be found in the [View -> Message Body As] menu. Choose Plain
Text or Simple HTML to prevent CSS, images, etc... to be loaded. And make sure
that cookies are disabled in mail too.

I know that it's a little bit incorrect, but imho there must be a preference
that will disable using ANY remote files in mail messages for privacy / security
purposes.
Because there already present similar option, I think it is proper to extend
functionality of it by adding block for downloading remote files.
And, for better understanding, it's better to rename "Don't load
remote images in Mail" to "Don't reload remote files (images, css, etc.)".
And it should block even javascripts that tryes to make similar things.
That's what bug 28327 is all about, a more general approach.
