Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any page with more than minimal use of JavaScript or css (reddit.com in example)
2. Scroll up and down

Actual results:

Scrolling is laggy even on most modern hardware. The jitteriness is more pronounced at higher refresh rate. Can be somewhat reduced by disabling hiding of toolbar while scrolling

Expected results:

Scrolling should be smooth as in firefox desktop

Should add that this issue is present on multiple different devices with varied android versions, the one above being oneplus pad 4, which has the best chipset currently in android ecosystem. So this is a firefox issue
