User Story
As a user, I want DLP dialogs to provide detailed information, so that I understand why my action triggered a DLP policy and what I can do next. Acceptance Criteria: - Warn: A warning dialog is shown when the matched DLP rule allows the user to continue. - Block: A blocking dialog is shown when the matched DLP rule prevents the user action. Implementation notes: For MVP, use the dialogs that already exist for the ContentAnalysis implementation in Firefox. Dialogs include: - Title indicating warn or block based on org policy - Description: - Warns explain whether the user can proceed or cancel their action. - Blocks explain that the action is not allowed. - Details of the conditions that triggered the rule (action) - Buttons to confirm / cancel.

I've updated the user story of this bug to reflect MVP scope just re-using the existing dialogs in Firefox. I've created Bug 2062380 to capture the enhancements we'd like to make to the dialogs for v1.
