Prerequisites

• The user account has exhausted its allocated monthly VPN data limit;

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox using an account with 0 GB of VPN data remaining.
2. Attempt to trigger a VPN connection or access a context that prompts the data limit warning.
3. Observe the notification toast displayed at the bottom of the interface.

Expected behavior

• The toast notification displays the warning text "All 50 GB of VPN data used. Access resets next month." alongside an actionable, interactive "Settings" inline button on the right side.

Actual behavior

• The "Settings" inline button is entirely missing from the toast notification banner, providing only the static informational text.
