2044668 - Authentication flow shouldn't happen in initial tab load

Currently when tapping on links such as https://share.google/DPc4d9o8h6678nan9. It doesn't load the page or redirect.

1. Make sure Fenix is your default browser
2. Make sure "Open in app" is set to "Ask before opening"
3. Open this link from an other app (Gmail, Slack, etc): https://share.google/DPc4d9o8h6678nan9

Expected result:

• The app should at least show the "Open in app" dialog

Actual result:

• The page doesn't load

There's a different bug is "Open in app" is set to "Always".
