From our interviews(see parent bug for reference):
Perf-compare links provided in comment 0 do not filter to the regressing tests, and what results is a unfiltered view that overwhelms people and disrupts them from looking at the information they need.
To provide an example:
In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2034456 we alerted on a homeview cpu regression, however in the perfcompare link provided we have to scroll to the bottom and find the test among the multiple test_fetch.html suites, this should be fixed so all perfcompare links only show regressing/improving tests.

The fix should allow perfcompare to filter by alert summary ID.
