We should show an indicator in the trust panel/connection information subpanel when the SSLKEYLOGFILE environment variable is set (meaning Firefox has been configured to log TLS secrets). We can re-use the lock-with-more-details icon and add a link to the support page being added in bug 2042823 for bug 2035411.
