I ran my homedir into its full quota and exited Mozilla. When restarting, my
history and password manager contents are gone.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. fill up quota in user home directory / fill up home directory partition
2. browse some sites to generate history
3. exit mozilla
4. restart mozilla
5. go to a site for which you used the password manager (using history :-)
Actual Results:
there is no history in the history bar
no password will be filled for the site
Expected Results:
display the history as it was when the last session started
fill out the password mozilla had at the start of the last session
