Steps to reproduce:

  1. https://x.com/SawyerMerritt/status/2006226849710395839
  2. Play the video.

Expected Behavior:
Video quality gets lowered, video plays smooth.

Actual Behavior:
Video quality stays at 2160p, video stutters.

Notes:

  • The issue is believed to be valid, but was not reproduced
  • QA couldn't reproduce on their device, might be device dependent
