[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:

The weather widget got automatically enabled and shows information for the current location. This is supposed to be opt-in. The issue started when the world cup widgets got rolled out.

This fix will ship via trainhop and doesn't need to be tracked for uplift.

Calling this wontfix from an uplift standpoint. Sounds like the fix will rollout via trainhop whenever the next release happens.
