I would suggest to add to address book the ability to send contacts to other
user via email. Absolutely fabulous would be if it could be done automaticly,
eg. every 30 minutes in both directions.
Example:
I set one user who is a contact admin. This user will send to all other users in
the office emails with contacts they do not have in their address book. This
email is automaticly added to the recipients address book. The recipient also
its unique contacts to the admin and he delivers them to the other users.
(To be honest what I just described is the functionality that I liked on
MSOutlook 2000)

If you can confirm that this report still applies to current SeaMonkey 2.x nightly builds, please set it back to the NEW state along with a comment on how you reproduced it on what Build ID, or if it's an enhancement request, why it's still worth implementing and in what way.
If you can confirm that the report doesn't apply to current SeaMonkey 2.x nightly builds, please set it to the appropriate RESOLVED state (WORKSFORME, INVALID, WONTFIX, or similar).
If no action happens within the next few months, we move this bug report to an EXPIRED state.
