Monitor agent needs a place to see all the monitors that have been created. This view should have:

  • all monitors
  • ability to delete
  • ability to modify
  • ability to create

A dedicated surface listing (about:agents) all monitors with create/edit/delete/run

  • <agent-monitor-list> (collection + empty state) composing <agent-monitor-item>
