chrome://help/locale/nav_help.html#nav_print
The size of the printed page, not the size of the onscreen window, determines
placement of content on the printed page. Text is wrapped and graphics are
repositioned to accommodate paper size.

(by the way, #page_preview is linked as #print_preview in the page.
please make up your mind which one is for real ;-) )
Change the scale (size) of pages: In the Scale field, type in a percentage of
the original size and Press Enter (Return on Mac OS). For example, type "50"
and press Enter to make each page half the size of the original page. Click
the Up or Down button to resize up or down by an increment of one, respectively.
