Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Smart Window.
2. Have some history saved.
3. Ask the assistant to show you the pages recently visited.
4. Hover over the items from the list and Click them.

Expected result

• The Items from the list should have a Hover or Clicked state.

Actual result

• The items from the list do not react when Hovered or Clicked.

Triaging access-s3 because there is a cursor change which provides a slight indication to the user that these items are interactive. This should still be fixed, and these items should be differentiable in HCM too.
