Steps to reproduce:

When printing a web page, I select "Print using system dialog..." from Firefox's print dialog and then select one of the PDF drop down items in the MacOS print dialog. Instead of creating a PDF (or Postscript or any other option), Firefox starts a print to a printer. "Save to PDF" works in Firefox's print dialog.

Actual results:

Firefox attempts to print to the selected printer.

Expected results:

Firefox should execute one of the PDF workflows (Open in Preview, Save as PDF, Save as Postscript, etc.)
