Let's look in generated message contains EXE as attachment: 1) Content-Type: www/unknown; 2) Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable 3) ... =00=00=00=10=00=00=00 =00=00=00=00@=00=00=10=00=00=00=02=00=00=01=00=00=00= =00=00=00=00=03=00 =00=00=00=00=00=00P=00=00=00=04=00=00=00=00=00=00=02=00=00=00=00=00=10=00= ... Missing '=' at the end of 2nd string. Result: File size is increased on some bytes (depend of file size)and brocken. ÂÛ ÊÎÇËÛ! =) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a new mail message (compose) 2.Attach any .exe file 3.Save attachment and compare with original EXE Actual Results: EXE is brocken Expected Results: Exe must be correct =)

Nick, unless you are mozilla.org driver you are not allowed to set the flag to blocking1.4+ You request it by setting it to 1.4?, but it would be a good idea to wait for this bug to be confirmed first.
