Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable 'media.hardware-video-decoding-vulkan.enabled' and 'media.hardware-video-decoding-vulkan.direct-export.enabled' in about:config
2. Play the attached video

Actual results:

Video is corrupt

Expected results:

Video is not corrupt

Forgot to add that the graphics card used is an AMD Radeon RX 6800, mesa version is 26.1.3, kernel version is 7.0.12.

I can confirm similar issues with every video e.g. on you tube (e.g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7frMv9zT6w ) or other sites.

ok, for this to work with Vulkan direct-export enabled, you'll need ffmpeg 9.0 ( not released yet),
or use ffmpeg-8.1.2 with commit 25e187f8494966377a4b9d077260ce7b501a911c chery-picked from ffmpeg git master.
