Steps to reproduce:

I tried to open (this is epub file):
https://zajdel.art.pl/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/zajdel-za-rok-2025.epub
and downloaded this
then I tried to open https://zajdel.art.pl/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/zajdel-za-rok-2025.epub
and downloaded this.

Actual results:

file was downloaded twice. Second download overwrote the first without warning.

Expected results:

When download second time I expect warning about overwriting the file.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::File Handling' component, but is not confident enough to move the bug to that component.
